Rockchip's RK3399 is a high-end SoC (system-on-a-chip) that was released in 2016. It features a hexa-core CPU with dual-core Cortex-A72 and quad-core Cortex-A53, as well as a Mali-T860MP4 GPU. The chip supports up to 4K H.265/H.264 video playback, camera input of up to 13MP, and has a variety of other features.
