AOZ7111AI是一款工作在临界模式的功率因数校正电路控制芯片。应用在Boost模式PFC电路。传统的电流模式的CRM PFC需要从AC交流线采样,而AOZ7111AI则不需要,因而进一步降低了采样电路的功率损耗,有利于系统低待机功耗设计。AOZ7111AI内部集成了大量电路,从而最大限量地减少了外围电路器件的数量。同时,AOZ7111AI取消了ZCD采样,不需要过零检测,减低了PFC电感的复杂程度。具有过压保护电路,欠压保护和过流保护等保护电路。
