在 Nine Sights 里面的有关电池的引用的一些需求描述,和之前那个 BMW 的类似,从需求端来说写的还是不错的。从 2016 年至今,有不少的选题其实是我们一直在研究的:

在这些里面首先从电连接开始谈,这个项目是 2016 年提的,已经过期
具体的技术要求为
这个电流现在看下来有些偏低 Max current 400A (~10ms)

Temperature stable -40°C to +85°C
Joining or Pressfit components
<1 Euro per part
Ideally fit following sizes
Cell to cell size = 5mm

可行的考虑点为:

2)锂电池失效模式分析
Developing a LIB simulation model based on big data collected through a development, production or failure-analysis of the actual LIB products. Developing the LIB safety verification model that incorporates chemistry perspectives into consideration.
技术要求
Can simulate not only behaviors of LIB at charging or discharging under ordinary use but also at least one of the
following mechanisms of internal shorts in the LIB, which may cause firing of the LIB:
内短路发生机理 Occurrence mechanism of internal shorts
内短路发生之后的链式反应机理 Chain mechanism where thermos runaway is caused by internal shorts
导致内短路的退化机理 Degradation mechanism and how such a degradation causes internal shorts
由于制程差异导致的内短路机理 How property variation due to manufacturing process causes internal shorts
Models of the entire LIB system are ideal but models of individual LIB cells are also welcomed.
Simply an equivalent circuit model
Simply a look up table comprised of measured data
需要仿真的机理
occurrence of internal shorts

internal shorts caused by production or characteristics variation
把这些研究的点,切开成一个个课题,找到不同的办法,然后再进行组合,效果还是在集中研发的效果要更好一些。这种聚合的形式,特别是征求合作和意向,某种程度也是汽车产业里面比较缺少的。有点从 Concept 阶段一步步帮着金主去做工程试验,去做一些试错。
小结:在依赖供应商的阶段,把现在把每一项课题的要求写成 SOR,而随着自己去做设计或者做整体解决方案,就需要把大部分技术点分成需要实现的要点予以分解和细化,把在不同地方用过的可行的导入到汽车行业里面来,我觉得兼收并蓄的方式是汽车零部件技术演进和发展的关键。
