Duties and Responsibilities:

‐ Test program ownerin Asia, develop and release ATE test programfor mass production

‐ Develop Engineeringprogram to support product engineering activities

‐ Post productionproduct variants bring up

‐ Identify test timereduction opportunities and execute TTR

‐ Test issue debuggingand solution providing

‐ Early involvementin silicon execution phase including test coverage evaluation, test flowintegration and test hardware qualification

‐ Work closely withregional cross functional team

Requirements:

‐ Solid knowledge ofATE test methodology and ASIC architecture

‐ Experience inAutomated Test Equipment, e.g. Credence Sapphire, Verigy PS400 or Advantest T2Kwill be added advantage

‐ Outstanding programsolving and data analyzing skill

‐ Experience insoftware development and implementation (Java, C/C++) is a plus

‐ Outstanding writtenand oral English, along with communication skills

做ATE需要这么多东西吗,是哪家的设备, 泰瑞达还是安捷伦, 看样子是半导体测试ATE,不是PCBA的

明显是IC测试,不是PCB测试，我虽然在IC设计行业,但是没做过测试啊,我主要做对芯片功能测试的工作
