    The Atmel® ATWILC1000-SD evaluation kit is a hardware platform to evaluate the Atmel® ATWILC1000-MR110PB module.

    Atmel® SmartConnect WILC1000 is an IEEE 802.11 b/g/n IOT link controller SoC. It is the ideal add-On to existing MCU solutions bringing WiFi through UART or SPI/SDIO-to-WiFi interface. The WILC1000 connects to any Atmel AVR or SMART MCU with minimal resource requirements. The WILC1000 most advanced mode is a single stream 1x1 802.11n mode providing up to 72 Mbps PHY throughput. WILC1000 features fully integrated Power Amplifier, LNA, Switch and Power Management. The WILC1000 provides multiple peripheral interfaces including UART, SPI, SDIO and I2C. The only external clock source needed for the WILC1000 is a high-speed crystal or oscillator with a wide variety of reference clock frequencies supported (between 12 – 32 MHz). The WILC1000 is available in a QFN package.

    The Atmel® ATWINC1500-XSTK Xplained Pro starter kit is a hardware platform for evaluating the Atmel ATWINC1500 low cost, low power 802.11 b/g/n WiFi network controller module. Supported by the Atmel Studio integrated development platform, the kit provides easy access to the features of the ATWINC1500 and explains how to integrate the device in a custom design. The Xplained Pro series of evaluation kits include an on-board Embedded Debugger, and no external tools are necessary to program or debug the SAMD21 host MCU that drives the ATWINC1500. The Xplained Pro extension kits offer additional peripherals to extend the features of the board and ease the development of custom designs.
