Regional Sales Manager Job Purpose: This position is the leader of a Sales Team comprised of branches of territory teams. This leader is accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to the field Regional Staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the Regional geography. Regional Sales Manager Job Duties: Designs, develops and implements budgets to optimize revenue and margin targets for all branch operations within assigned region Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Branch Managers to formulate strategies to meet or exceed Business Plan Forecasts Plans, directs and coordinates all sales operations and cross functional collaboration for the assigned region Establish criteria to ensure compliance with company guidelines and effective operations Mentor Area Sales Managers and Branch Managers and provide necessary tools to help them maximize revenues, branch profitability and performance Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators for tracking and reporting purposes Skills Strong commercial acumen Entrepreneurial Sales Planning Results Driven Managing Profitability Emphasizing Excellence Performance Management Qualifications Strategic and entrepreneurial with strong business acumen. Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin language). Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization locally and globally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills - ability to present internally and externally. 15 years of successful business management experience; previous branch or territory management. Sales and client relation, retention and development experience Coaching/mentoring experience with branch management and leadership development staff

Job Purpose: The Head of Sales Operations is responsible for providing operational leadership to theSales Team. This includes defining sales strategy, developing and executing the sales team’s Operational Plan, defining and tracking sales activities KPMs, honing sales processes and maintaining the CRM, enhancing sales capability through organized training and coaching. Job Duties: Identify, develop, implement and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and other factors in conjunction with the existing RSMs and ASMs. Develop and execute an Operational Plan that aligns with the Strategic Plan, sales strategy and targets. Execute and maintain sales processes and initiatives in accordance with a documented Operational Plan. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results, against the Operational Plan Own sales training programs to enhance the overall sales capability Work with Marketing and Offer functions to ensure alignment with integrated commercial strategy, processes and initiatives.
