Abstract-A 3.3 V fully-differential switched-current filtering technique based on current-copier principles is presented. A five-pole lowpass filter has been integrated using the MOSIS standard 1.2 pm CMOS n-well technology. Experimental results show that the filter response is accurate for sampling frequencies up to 5 MHz. Measured dynamic range is about 65 dB, and power dissipation is 10 mW per pole.
