Abstract—In this paper, a 1V supply voltage CMOS subbandgap reference is proposed and implemented. The proposed circuit, based on voltage signals, averages two voltages with opposite dependence on temperature to cancel the temperature dependence and generates reference voltage. The average circuit uses switched capacitor techniques to reduce the chip area. This proposed circuit has been implemented in a standard 0.35µm 1P4M CMOS process. The active area of this circuit is 762µm×283µm. The experimental results show this designed circuit work properly with minimum supply voltage of 1V. The generated reference voltage VREF is 0.640V, under 1V power supply at room temperature and a 26mV output voltage variation for the temperature range from -10͠ to 60͠. The power dissipation of this circuit is 74µW.
