高级安规工程师 Senior Digital Compliance Specialist1
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
•Enable product & offering development and digital development in securing digital compliance, certifications and cyber security evaluation
•In close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. System Reference Architecture team), secure that existing and future compliance obligations are considered when defining the architecture for our digital solutions
•Translate and communicate global IoT device Cyber Security Policies towards local delivery teams and 3rd party vendors / partners
•Monitor regulatory and market trends related to digital product compliance obligations (IoT, connectivity, wireless, radio, cybersecurity, etc.), with specific focus on (but not limited to) requirements for the Chinese market, and deploy this knowledge to relevant parts of the organization
•Support the cross-functional implementation of a compliance mind-set into our digital product & offering development through increased awareness and expertise related to safety and security of digital solutions
•Secure and, if needed, develop and implement processes and tools to successfully integrate digital compliance obligations into product & offering development (i.e. across the entire Idea to Market model)
•Support other product compliance related activities as needed (safety approvals, Red Alerts, training of colleagues, etc.)
•Support Lead Digital Compliance Specialist in the journey to implement a best in class Product Compliance function - a strategic partner for our business and our customers – including identifying future capability needs within the product compliance area
Required Minimum Qualifications
•University degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic or Software Engineering
•Minimum 5 years’ experience working with product compliance, legislation and standards for the Chinese market, particularly related to telecommunications or radio products (SRRC type approval, NAL network access license, etc.)
•Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks for connected products and solutions
•Good understanding of connected systems and systems of systems
•Experience working in a large global organization with colleagues from different cultures
•Strong strategic and holistic thinking with regards to digital solutions
•Good knowledge of the business, products & offerings and applications
•Fluent in Chinese and English
