Title: Staff/Senior Engineer Technical Customer Support (f/m)
Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen
Responsibility:
l Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to drive project success from design-in to mass production
l Software design, review, customization, verification, maintenance and support
Threshold competencies:
l 8+ years experience in Embedded software development.
l 3+ years experience in Embedded Linux software development.
l Knowledge on OSGi, DLNA is a plus.
l Basic knowhow on internet protocols is a must.
l Customer support experience is preferred.
l Fluent English is required.
