二、职位描述：
职位：android应用工程师各个级别的都有
三、职位要求：
· Own, drive, perform and coordinate new components evaluation, analysis, decision and verification.
· Join the global component forum to contribute to component roadmap, CR investigation and share experience.
· Responsible for the design environments, including reference design, PDP, CDB.
· Work together with system experts to make sub system design analysis and verification plan.
· Support product project for the component application verification and design optimization.
· Support task forces and coordinate the HW DMS issues that cross several products projects. Sometimes cross different sites.
Technical interface towards related IC vendors.
· At least 3 years experience working in mobile phone design area.
· Provides coaching to lower level engineer.
· Experience with new platform and components design.
· Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment from others; mobilizes people to take action, using creative approaches to motivate others.
· Can identify project risk, priories, take action to reduce risk and prevent risk.
· Can have international travel.
Fluent in English.
学历要求：至少本科（应届毕业如果学校好也可以）
经验要求：3Y
