Operation Program Management Specialist                             
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage Asian CM/JDM/ODM to meet worldwide CTO requirement.
- NPI management in order to smooth sustaining production.
- Factory management of CM/JDM/ODM program management, quality management, process improvement, testing management.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- University or above
- SAP/MRP experience is required
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in outsourced factory management
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Desired: Strong communications and negotiation skills
Education/Certifications
Required Degree: BS
Preferred Degree: BS or above
