system Engineer, Wireless System(beijing)
Duties:
1.      Lead or participate in a team for developing system requirements, specifications, algorithms, testing, and verification of next generation OFDM wireless communication systems;
2.      Lead or develop innovative signal processing algorithms with simulations for digital and analog implementations; and
3.      Interface with hardware, RF, and DSP engineers to make sure system requirements can be fulfilled.
Requirements:
1.      Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
2.      Bachelor degree with 6+ years / Master degree with 3+ years working experience;
3.      Experience in product development, either in design, implementation or testing;
4.      Strong theoretical background in wireless communication or digital signal processing;
5.      Familiar with advanced transceiver algorithms design for wireless communication system;
6.      Familiar with the physical layer of at least one modern wireless communication system, such as GSM, WCDMA, UMTS, CDMA2000, WiFi, WiMAX, DVB, CMMB, LTE, etc.;
7.      Proficiency in MATLAB, C, or other simulation language;
8.      Good team player;
9.      Fluent in English and excellent communication skills; and
