Title: IC Design Engineer (MCU) ( Base pay + NASDAQStock（Not Option)+ Bonus )

Job Description:
The candidate will play a leadership role in the specification, analysis, detailed design, verification, and synthesis of digital modules used in MCU based, mixed signal integrated circuits. Familiarity with 8051 MCU operation and interface is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Verilog behavioral/RTL design, simulation, and synthesis
Verilog behavioral modeling of analog and mixed-signal circuits
Generation of timing constraints for synthesis
Clock tree generation, scan insertion, ATPG generation
Post layout verification and timing analysis
Lab test development and evaluation of engineering samples
Assist test program development
Key technical interface through production ramp
Education Requirements:MSEE
Minimum Qualifications:
8 years design experience digital and/or mixed signal IC
Good knowledge of digital IC circuit design in an HDL synthesis environment
Good knowledge in RTL development, synthesis and timing tool
Familiar with using a script language
Must be able to analyze a digital gate using SPICE
Some experience using FPGAs for design verification
Good communication and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of embedded controller based designs
Experience in mixed signal design.
