1. Digital Hardware Senior Engineer - BJ
Responsibilities & Main Tasks
To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the R&D Head and project manager.
To support the R&D or HW manager in the task to ensure that the HW design activities fulfill the needs within the R&D Center in an efficient way.
Come with inputs to overall system product design
Initiates and decide how functions will be implemented and performs analysis and evaluates alternatives.
Can take a lead and solve HW design problems
Provide proposal to improve production efficiency and yield
Qualifications
Master degree in CS, EE, Telecom or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Communication systems and their design
Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant technical areas; e.g. Transmission networks (SDH, Metro Ethernet MEF etc), Access technologies (xDSL, PON, CATV etc) or IP Access Aggregation (Ethernet Switching, Routing, QoS etc), with proven industry experience.
A minimum of three years experience of designing HW, preferable within communication systems in an international company or major Chinese company.
Detailed architectural knowledge of FPGA's, purpose built ASIC's (i.e. Ethernet Switching ASIC, xDSL chipsets) and communication processor systems.
Experience with European and American product certification & approval
Understanding of the Telecom market and its players
Good communication skills and social ability.

2. (Sr.) Linux App SW Engineer - BJ - 3 headcounts

Description
The Open Source Technology Center (OTC) is looking for Linux application engineers. The location will be in Beijing. In this position, you will be working on Linux application development based on popular GUI environment including GTK+ and/or GNOME and Java GUI. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Coding, debugging and validating application software on Linux OS and latest Intel® platforms
Designing software modules with professional design documents
Collaborating with team members across different sites/geographies
They are also hiring senior engineers who are capable of leading a group of engineers and providing technical guidance to them.
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or other related technical degree. Additional qualifications include:
At least two years experience on Linux or UNIX software development with proven project records

Role & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for this job will do software development for Linux Kernel and various Open Source Software on Intel platform. The candidate is expected to do software design, implementation, optimization and defect fixing to enable Intel's platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with 5+ years or Master degree with 3+ years work experience
3+ year’s software development experience
Strong C programming skills
Strong experience on operation system. Linux kernel development is a plus.
Strong experience of bug fixing.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Good team work, initiative and responsible

4. Channel Account Manager - Nanjing - CPU厂商 OEM渠道
Description:
This is a commissioned sales position. In this position, you will be responsible for driving IA incremental demand creation effort with xOEM and xOEM Distributors and/or Resellers, maintain a good business relationship with xOEM distributor and/or reseller and high-end bVARs/Integrators to align their product and marketing strategy with Intel. You will be working closely with RSO program managers and Intel xOEM account team, linked to direct account managers to drive headquarters programs with local affiliates. You are part of a regional Sell Out team, PRC Geo, SMG. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Achieving assigned selling quota
Reporting to the District Sales Manager
Maintaining excellent external relationships with your customers

Job duties and tasks performed:
xOEM CAM is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with xOEM regional office, xOEM regional distributor/reseller/bVAR/integrator in their territory, in some cases, direct end user engagement is necessary
As a sales employee, the xOEM CAM is compensated on commission. The commission plan is based upon achieving or exceeding quantitative business objectives and assigned quotas for Intel product assembled in xOEM system. Objectives may include revenue, MSS, Account Management Behavior of the account they call on as well as other performance objectives defined by management
xOEM CAM is responsible for develop overall xOEM business plan and executed in assigned territory
xOEM CAM is responsible for executing xOEM retail programs as well as providing input to the sales program office
xOEM CAM is responsible for providing input to other Intel team members regarding requirements for business and/or marketing programs which will help drive Intel product demand and build the Intel brand preferences within xOEM and their distributor/reseller/bVAR/integrator
xOEM CAM will work with CFAE to ensure that technical and commercial issues are identified, communicated to the appropriate parties and promptly addressed
xOEM CAM will track market trends which may impact business environment and feedback intelligence, work with stakeholders with proved methodology to define actions to address the trends
xOEM CAM is responsible for understanding Intel business practices including pricing, forecasting, vendor practices, terms and conditions, distribution, sales practices and code of ethics
xOEM CAM is responsible for leading and managing sales representative from 3rd party to increase the coverage in the territory
Qualifications:
You should possess an Advanced Master technical degree required and/or an M.B.A. is preferred. Additional qualifications include:

You will be part of a regional 'sell out' team, PRC Geo, SMG. You will be reporting to the district sales manager. You are responsible for maintaining good relationships and effective communication with others on your regional team as well as with others in the central sales and marketing teams. This position is an individual contributor role.
