常见低电压工作高速光耦与高速光耦分类

一般来说高速光耦需要为其提供独立的电源Vcc，以往一般都是需要采用5V电压为其供电，很多系统出于能耗考虑采用3.3V电源，为了符合这些需求，部分高速光耦开始支持3.3V的电压，下面对其进行简要归纳。
高速光耦只是一个泛称，因此此处先对高速光耦进行一个简要分类，高速根据其输出类型一般可分为开路集电极输出和推挽输出，其中开路集电极输出型高速光耦根据采用不同的晶片又可分为高速晶体管输出（一般最高达到1Mbps）和逻辑门输出（通常为10Mbps），而推挽输出一般采用CMOS输出，可做到更高速。
 

高速晶体管输出：
 
最高速度一般只能达到1 Mbps，代表型号 6N136，内部原理如图所示，输入端为一个红外线LED，输出端为一个光敏二极管加一个晶体管，Vcc的作用是为光敏二极管提供一个偏置电压，正常工作时光电流为几uA左右，非常小，这个系列的光耦对电源要求不高，因此此类光耦对电源电压要求不高， 2.7-25v加上去一般都没有问题。故此处不列出型号。
 
逻辑门输出光耦：
 
 
从其等效电路可以看出，输出端内部主要分为光接收、光电流放大，与非门，提供电源Vcc主要为放大器提供电源，这个放大器不管光耦是在工作时还是在待机时，均需要消耗电流，比如6N137在待机输出为高电平时ICCH=7mA，工作输出为低电平时ICCL=12mA，电压4.5-5.5V。所以6N137不适合在用在3.3V系统中。下面是一些常见的支持3.3V电压的高速光耦。

推挽输出：
 
 
推挽输出高速光耦输出端包含光接收，光放大，驱动电路，PMOS+NMOS，电源要求与逻辑门输出光耦一样严格，不过此类高速光耦消耗的电源电流ICC会比普通逻辑门输出光耦消耗的电流ICC低很多，因此更节能。下面是常见的一些可支持3.3V电压工作的推挽输出光耦。
