Atmel ATA6621, ATA6622,   ATA6624 and ATA6626是完全集成LIN收发器的系统级基础芯片（SBCS）。 窗口看门狗可调节触发时间，并提供5V /85毫安（用于Atmel ATA66223 3V /85毫安）低压降稳压器。调节器的输出电流可以通过使用外部NPN晶体管进行升压。Features:
