SBC8530单板计算机有着小尺寸，并使用POP（层叠封装）CPU /内存芯片接口1GHz DM3730的处理器， 512MBytes的NAND闪存和512MBytes的DDR SDRAM。板卡已经露出了不少接口，包括串口，USB，以太网，摄像头，音响，LCD，触摸屏，DVD-D，S-Video等等，还设有板载WiFi和蓝牙模块WG7310提升无线网络功能。在板的后部有一个TF卡插槽来扩展存储能力，以及一个扩展接口，让用户的开发推广。Package on Package POP CPU/Memory chip
