    EVAL6235N评估板基于L6235 DMOS驱动器的三相无刷直流电机。EVAL 6235N L6235 DMOS Driver for Three-Phase Brushless DC Motor Evaluation Board。The L6235 is a DMOS Fully Integrated Three-Phase Motor Driver with Overcurrent Protection.Realized in MultiPower-BCD technology, the device combines isolated DMOS Power Transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip.
