Cypress公司的S6E1A1系列是高度集成32位MCU,采用ARM Cortex-M0+处理器,集成了多达88kB片上闪存和SRAM,以及如各种计时器,ADC,通信接口(UART, CSIO, I2C, LIN)等外设功能,CPU工作频率40MHz,主要用在低功耗和低成本的应用。Features:
